By using Verihood, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Verihood is a trust directory that collects and shows user reviews of real-estate agencies, hospitals and hair salons across Seoul. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. The service is provided “as is.”
Your account
You are responsible for signing up with accurate information and for managing your own account. Each person may use only one account.
Your content and reviews
You keep the rights to the reviews and photos you write. You grant Verihood a license to host and display them within the service. Reviews must be based on your own first-hand experience, and you may write only one review per business.
Prohibited conduct
You may not post fake or manipulated reviews, reviews written for payment outside our reward policy, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized scraping, fraudulent reward claims, or illegal content.
Moderation
We may hide or remove content that is reported or that violates these terms, and we may restrict an account when needed.
Reward campaigns
Early rewards such as gift cards are limited in quantity and first-come, first-served, and are granted after eligibility and anti-fraud checks. They are limited to one per person, may end without notice, and have no cash value.
Business information
Business names, addresses, and phone numbers shown are real-world identifiers. A business being listed does not mean we endorse or recommend it.
Disclaimer
Reviews reflect individual experiences and are not professional medical, legal, or real-estate advice. You are responsible for decisions you make and their outcomes when relying on the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verihood is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime, and we may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will announce material changes within the service.
